The Sacrament of Confirmation is an adult response to the promises made by parents and godparents at Baptism. The Candidate must be 14 years old at the time of Confirmation.  The Bishop will administer the sacrament every three years.  The 2021 programme is now complete, and so the next Confirmation Mass celebrated by the bishop, will be in 2024.  However, next year, Father Bernard will administer the Sacrament on Pentecost Sunday (5th June 2022).  The programme will start shortly after Christmas, with administrative meetings beginning in November 2021.  Please keep checking the newsletter for further details.
